General Policies:

· All rates are subject of 5% service charge and 10% government tax
· Breakfast is included in the room rate & served at Luxeden restaurant on 10th Floor
· Check-in time: 14h00. Earlier check-in is allowed with no surcharge, provided that the room is available
· Check-out time is at 12h00
· Payment can be made by Master, Visa or JCB Cards
· Extra bed: Extra charge at VND 300.000

Cancellation Policy:

· Before 48 hours prior to arrival date: No charge

· From 24 to 48 hours prior to arrival date: Charged 50% of the 1st night of all rooms reserved.

· Within 24 hours prior to arrival date or No-show: Charged 1st night of all room reserved.

Alterations of booking in dates and number of rooms are considered as cancellations
